Full Terms and Conditions
By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.
- These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
- Promoter: AB InBev UK Limited, London, EC4A 1EN.
- Eligibility: This promotion is open to ROI residents aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, suppliers, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
- Promotion Period: The promotion will run 00:00 BST 25.05.26 – 23:59 BST 20.07.26. Entries made or received outside of this period will not be accepted.
- To enter: No purchase necessary. Scan the QR code on the POS materials and enter your details to be entered into prize draw. Maximum one entry per person. Internet access, camera phone and a valid email address are required.
- Internet access required. Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet. These costs may vary so please check with your service provider for current charges. Participants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
- Entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- Prize: 175 prize’s to be won. The prize pool consists of 80 Budweiser t-shirts, 55 Budweiser hats and 40 Budweiser scarves. Maximum one prize per person.
- Winner Selection: Winner’s will be chosen at random using a random prize generator on or around 31.07.2026.
- Winner Notification: Winner’s will be contacted by email by 07.08.2026. In the event the winner is uncontactable, the Promoter or it’s prize fulfilment partner will try and make contact with the winner for up to five (5) days from first notification attempt. In the event the winner does not respond to the notification within five (5) days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner. It is the responsibility of entrants to monitor their email (including spam/junk folders) account during this time in case they are a winner.
- Prize Fulfilment: The Prize will be organised and fulfilled by Inventive Marketing Ltd t/a KICK Communications ("KICK""), with registered office c/o 36, Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. D04 E6W9. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure prizes are fulfilled/arranged within 30 days of winner notification and acceptance, but there may be situations outside of the Promoter’s control which may prevent this from time to time. - The winner may be requested to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter. This shall be subject to winner’s consent.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address and photo ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) for the entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.- The Promoter will make available the prize winners’ surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting kickdublin@gmail.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority Ireland if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners’ details by emailing kickdublin@gmail.com.
- The prize cannot be sold or transferred. The winning prize cannot be combined with other discounts, cashback activities or promotions. The prize is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or the delivery, acceptance or use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
- If any of these conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- A winner may be requested, but not required, to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, though for regulatory reasons if a winner is or looks under 25, such request may be revoked. Publicity may include, but not be limited to the winner’s name.
- This promotion is administered by Inventive Marketing Ltd. t/a KICK Communications (c/o 36, Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. D04 E6W9) ("KICK") on behalf of the Promoter, and the prize will be fulfilled by KICK on behalf of the Promoter.
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless you have consented to receive marketing from the Promoter. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to dataprotectionofficer_eu@ab-inbev.com. All data provided by winners in the promotional period will be destroyed 3 months after the close of the main promotion, unless you have consented to receive marketing from the Promoter. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in this condition.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Irish law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
